東京/大阪公演中止のお知らせ

2024年6月に開催を予定していたVegyn 来日公演（東京及び大阪公演）は、アーティストの健康上の理由により、やむをえず中止させていただくことになりました。ご来場を心待ちにしていらしたお客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛けしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

本公演の中止に伴い、チケット代の払い戻しを行いますので、以下の払い戻し期間内にお買い求めいただいた各プレイガイドにて払い戻し手続きを行っていただきますようお願い申し上げます。

【払い戻し期間】
2024年4月17日(水)〜5月12日(日)

【払い戻し方法】
チケットをお買い求めいただいた各プレイガイドにて払い戻しの対応をいたします。
※上記期間外の払い戻しは出来ません。ご注意ください。
※公演当日に会場での払い戻しの対応は行いませんので予めご了承ください。
※半券が切り離されたチケットは払い戻しの対象外となります。ご注意ください。
※チケットを紛失した場合は一切対応出来ませんので予めご了承ください。

Vegyn – Japan Tour
Tokyo and Osaka events cancellation notice

We regret to inform that Vegyn in Tokyo and Osaka performances, scheduled to be held in June 2024, have been cancelled due to the health reasons of the artist. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who were looking forward to this event.

A refund will be issued due to the cancellation of this performance, so please be sure to complete the applicable procedure within the following set refund period.

Refund period
April 17, 2024 – May 12, 2024

Refund method
A refund will be provided for each ticket according to the purchase method. Please refer to the list below.

Please note:
* Refunds are only available within the refund period stated above
* Refunds can not be made at the venue on the day of the performance
* Please ensure your ticket is intact. Tickets with stubs separated are not eligible for a refund
* We cannot take responsibility for any lost ticket.
